AVIVO WHITE

100% Vermentino, a classic, crisp, food-friendly white. A nose of lemon verbena and ripe apricot backed by flavors of stone fruit, hard lemon candy and lime peel. It finishes with lively acidity and lingering silkiness.

Refreshing by itself, it’s a wonderful companion for big salads, chicken breasts, lightly-sauced pastas, and sautéed fish and shrimp.

AVIVO RED

Dark ruby in the glass, this blend of 90% Sangiovese, 8% Syrah and 2% Graciano delivers classic red-cherry and blackberry aromas and flavors. Chalky tannins, fresh acidity, and a long finish make it especially good with food.

You’ll find it remarkably versatile. Try pairing with rich stews, pastas in red sauce, ribs, roasted or grilled meats and veggies, or a juicy burger.

AVIVO ROSÉ

This is such a compelling food rosé. Made from Sangiovese, it shows raspberry, ginger, and blood orange flavors. The finish, with crisp acidity and rich texture, makes it particularly well-suited to flavorful dishes.

Have a glass before dinner, then pair it with grilled or roasted salmon, risotto, Chinese take-out, or simple roast chicken or pork.
